What the Leadership Has to Say
Veshesh Gaur, Director, Gaurs Group, said: "At the core of every Gaurs project is a commitment to deliver quality that is visible not only in the architecture and amenities but also in the everyday spaces that residents interact with." He pointed to changing buyer expectations, noting that homes are becoming increasingly aspirational as customers look for the best products and services within them — and credited the Trecento Residences experience with showing the value Seaform brings to the kitchen, a space he called a critical part of the home. On the scale of the expanded partnership, he added: "A partnership of this scale will allow customers across our projects to experience a higher and more consistent benchmark in kitchens and wardrobes."
Klaus Wartlik, Managing Director, Seaform Germany, framed the expansion as a reflection of the trust built between the two organisations. "Successful residential development is increasingly about the quality of the experience delivered within the home," he said, pointing to the Trecento Residences project as proof that German engineering, precision manufacturing,
and thoughtful design can create a genuinely differentiated residential offering. He described the move to more than 10,000 kitchens as "a significant step forward" for both companies.
The Seaform Germany Advantage: German Engineering, Delivered at Scale
What sets Seaform Germany apart is the depth of engineering behind every finished product. The company runs fully automated manufacturing facilities in Germany, where advanced production technology works alongside meticulous, skilled craftsmanship to keep quality consistent across large volumes — spanning premium surface finishes, kitchens, and wardrobe systems alike.
Seaform's manufacturing roots stretch back more than a century across its German and European production base. The company positions itself as a single point of accountability for developers and retailers: design, materials, lean manufacturing, and installation are all handled within one coordinated system, built around German quality standards. For the Indian market specifically, Seaform backs this manufacturing strength with local design capabilities, specification support, and dedicated in-house installation teams — the combination that allows developers such as Gaurs Group to deliver premium, German-engineered kitchens and wardrobes consistently, project after project.
Part of a Larger Strategy: Global Specialists, Local Delivery
The Seaform partnership fits into a wider pattern at Gaurs Group of bringing in specialist global partners to raise the bar on quality, precision, efficiency, and consistency across its developments. The Group has previously partnered with:
- TOTO and GROHE - for premium bathroom solutions
- K-NEST - for shuttering solutions
- Elematic, a Finland-based global leader in precast concrete technology — for precast kitchen solutions
Each of these collaborations brings specialised international expertise to a different part of construction and interior execution, all in service of the same goal — consistently higher standards of quality and performance across every Gaurs Group development.
About Gaurs Group
Gaursons India Pvt. Ltd., which operates as Gaurs Group, has been building in India's real estate sector for close to three decades. In that time, the developer has completed over 100 million sq. ft. of development and handed over more than 75,000 homes across 75 projects — including three integrated townships — earning the trust of over 3,00,000 customers along the way. Beyond residential real estate, Gaurs Group's portfolio today spans commercial and retail developments across the National Capital Region (NCR), alongside a diversification into education, sports, and solar energy.
About Seaform
Seaform is a European design and manufacturing house known for its premium kitchens and wardrobes, backed by more than a century of manufacturing heritage across Germany and Europe. Rather than working through multiple vendors, the company takes end-to-end ownership on behalf of developers and retailers — covering design, materials, lean production, and installation as one integrated system, held to German quality standards throughout. In the Indian market, this manufacturing capability is paired with on-ground design expertise, specification support, and dedicated in-house installation teams, enabling partners to deliver German-engineered kitchens and wardrobes reliably and at scale.
The expanded Gaurs Group–Seaform Germany partnership marks a significant step toward bringing German-engineered kitchen and wardrobe solutions to homebuyers across Gaurs Group's residential projects in NCR — underlining the Group's ongoing commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and aspirational living.
