Sarthak Gaur is the young scion of the Group who is providing a new direction to the business with his enthusiasm and progressive ideas. Today, Gaurs Group is one of the biggest real estate developers in the country with more than 50000+ delivered and another 20000+ under-construction property units.

At a very young age, Sarthak Gaur's dynamic energy has brought significant developments in the day to day functioning of the group. He has plans of taking the company forward while still preserving the 25+ years old values on which the Group was established - Superior construction quality and on-time possession. He is strongly passionate about Honorable Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi's "Housing for all" mission and is working towards providing affordable housing to the economically weak.

From humble beginnings of constructing builder apartments, today the Group has touched significant heights with 50+ residential & commercial projects including two of North India's largest integrated townships which are homes to more than 29000 families. After Sarthak's active involvement in the group, they have sold close to 10000 property units in a single calendar year - 2018 with a sale value of approx. 4000 cr. Today, Gaurs Group is not just a giant in the real estate industry, they are slowly venturing into other verticals of retail, education, hospitality, sports, infrastructure, and media as well.

Identifying the demand of the millennium, he has involved malls in the forefront business of the company and today the retail vertical holds equal importance to that of real estate, for the group.

Armed with a bachelor's degree in International Business from the Newcastle University in London, he is leading the retail faction of the Brand. Under his efficient tenure, the Group has recently launched its first mall of Greater Noida West, "Gaur City Mall" which is the first and the largest mall of the region housing some of the most desirable national and international brands. They also have plans to open 3 new malls in the near future.

Sarthak has been greatly inspired by his parent's philanthropic deeds and wants to follow their footsteps. He is continuing their legacy by being involved in the social and environmental work by himself. Since he joined the group full-time last year, he has been associated with many such events including blood donation camps, plantation drives, and many more. He is also working closely with Mrs. Manju Gaur, under whose guidance, Gaurs International School is providing free evening classes to 280+ girls of underprivileged families till Class 12th.

Sarthak Gaur is a huge sports enthusiast and has participated in state-level competitions in Shooting and Table-Tennis. He is an avid reader as well. He calls himself a technology freak and is extremely tech-savvy. He is bringing along contemporary ideas and new business philosophies to the Group which ensures a better and brighter future under his leadership.
