Jewar Airport all set to Change the Face of Real Estate in NCR

With this announcement, the entire real estate sector is expressing their joy and happiness because the starting of this airport will open various gates of opportunity for builders and home buyers as well who are planning to buy their dream home. Luckily, the Gaursons India also crafted Gaur Yamuna City located at Yamuna Expressway Greater Noida which comes within the range of Jewar airport so the home buyers don’t have to look for any other option for getting a safe secure and luxurious apartment.

The new airport, according to the ministry needs around 2,200 acres of land, and it will take around three to four years in its completion. Jewar was pitched as a site for an international airport when Mayawati was in power. Over 2,000 acres of land were also obtained for the airport.

The airport will give a bounce to the entire property market like as the Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida and only around 100km from Delhi. Further, the 48 KM METRO is also giving a drive to the economy of corporate and industry.

Jewar is all set to create new hopes and aspirations for the developers and public residing in the region of Greater Noida. The proposal of this airport is also filling tremendous energy in the NCR property market.

The presence of an airport will accelerate the buying of property and will create right thrust for the developers to earn major gain for the infrastructure within the region. The sector will also observe a better market acceptance in the regions which will result in greater property demand and best price appreciation in near future.
